Texas Tennis Hall of Fame inductees gathered on Tuesday, February 28 at the ATX Open in Austin. The event, which took place at Westwood Country Club, included lunch and some great match-play. The inductees, clad in their Hall of Fame blue blazers, were recognized on Stadium Court between matches.
Inductees present included: Ken McAllister, Carol Welder, Jim Chaffin, Dick King, Larry Eichenbaum, Susan Dawson (representing Dr. Bill Owen), Beverly Bowes Hackney, Julie Cass and Paul Cass.
Following the introduction of the Hall of Famers, TTMHOF Board President and Hall of Famer Ken McAllister administered the coin toss for the match.
